This is for the student who doesn’t just want information—but wants to practice, integrate, and be witnessed inside the work.
Inside the Bone Circle, you will be held in a space of ongoing mentorship and refinement through twice-monthly group calls.
These calls are where real learning happens:
• Case studies
• Hospital scenarios
• Client dynamics
• Your questions, your edges, your growth
You will also be part of a private Facebook group dedicated to mentorship, where conversations continue between calls, support is ongoing, and you are not left alone to figure this out.
This container extends your learning through November, allowing you to deepen your skill, your voice, and your confidence over time.
This is where you begin to become the doula you know you’re capable of being.
UPGRADE 2: INITIATE → MATRIARCH PATH
This is not just an upgrade.
This is a different level of proximity.
The Matriarch Path is for those who are ready to be personally mentored inside their work, their voice, and their evolution as a birthworker.
You will receive:
• Two private one-on-one calls per month
• Private WhatsApp access to your mentor (Joni or Ivy) for real-time support and guidance as you attend deliveries
• Ongoing support through a dedicated WhatsApp channel
You are not learning in theory here. You are being guided in real time.
You may choose to work with Ivy, Joni, or both, depending on your needs and our availability—allowing you to weave together nervous system mastery and deep understanding of clinical systems.
This container continues through November, giving you sustained, relational mentorship as you step fully into your role.
And inside this path, you are also given something you cannot find anywhere else:
Full access to Joni’s complete client materials library.
Not samples. The actual materials used inside real client relationships.
This includes:
• Prenatal guides
• Educational resources
• Communication frameworks
• Support tools used inside both home and hospital settings

You’re already in the work.
You’ve felt what happens when you’re supported, when you’re in the room, when things get real.
The Matriarch Path is where that support becomes personal.
Instead of bringing your questions to the group, you bring them directly into one-on-one mentorship, twice a month.
You will receive:
• Two private one-on-one calls per month
• Private WhatsApp access to your mentor (Joni or Ivy) for real-time support and guidance as you attend deliveries
• Ongoing support through a dedicated WhatsApp channel
You may choose to work with Ivy, Joni, or both, depending on availability—so you can be supported in the exact way you need.

FAQs
How soon will I make back my investment?
You can expect to make back your investment within your first couple doula clients. So if you do decide to mentor with us in the Bone Circle iir Matriarch path while you serve your first clients, you would likely earn more than your full tuition before your mentorship completes!
What is the time commitment involved?
For the first two months of the immersion, we’ll all move together through Velvet & Bone as a united cohort, sharing learning, exploration, and support. After this foundational training, your mentorship journey will begin in The Bone Circle, with ongoing group mentorship calls and continued connection in our supportive community.
Group mentorship calls will be held on the third Thursday of every month, at the same time as our live calls throughout the training and continuing through the week before Thanksgiving.
