The postpartum period is a sacred time of healing and transformation, and I’m here to help you honor your body, spirit, and the incredible journey you’ve undertaken. Belly binding is a beautiful, traditional practice that wraps you in warmth and support, helping to center your energy and encourage both physical and emotional balance. Vaginal steaming offers a sacred pause, inviting gentle restoration and connection to your womb space, helping you release what no longer serves you. Placenta encapsulation is my way of honoring the life-giving organ that nourished your baby, providing you with energetic replenishment, hormonal balance, and grounding during this tender transition.

Choosing these practices is an investment in your health—nurturing your body, mind, and spirit so you can recover fully and step into motherhood with strength, vitality, and a deep sense of well-being. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this sacred time.

  • placenta encapsulation (including a print and cord keepsake ranging from $300-350 depending on the package).

  • postpartum belly binding session $200 in the Benkung tradition (pictured below)

  • herbal vaginal steaming $200

  • closing of the bones ceremony at 6-8 weeks postpartum $200

My husband and I paid for the all-inclusive birth package... Joni is a truly incredible person! One of the most amazing people I’ve ever met - we loved her from day one, and now 2 months postpartum, we love her even more. To share such an intimate part of your life with someone is a lifelong bonding experience and we feel blessed that Joni will always be a part of our story. She has a heart of gold, a wealth of knowledge from being a labor & delivery nurse for years, and tons of personal experience through her own births... We honestly can’t imagine doing labor without her. It was our first time and my labor had some challenges - Joni was on call and available whenever, so supportive and educational and we could never say thank you enough to her. On top of that, we have some of the most intimate and beautiful photos of our little man being born ❤️.

sacred birth support

Care that puts the woman at the center of all decision-making.

Providing care that centers the pregnant woman in all decision-making is a sacred act of honoring her wisdom, intuition, and divine connection to the birthing process. This involves:

Informed Choices: Sharing knowledge as a gift, empowering her to make decisions that resonate with her soul and align with her journey.

Honoring Autonomy: Trusting her inner knowing and holding space for her to choose her path without judgment or interference.

Holistic Support: Nurturing her mind, body, and spirit, while respecting the spiritual and cultural traditions that guide her.

Empowerment: Reminding her of the sacred power within her, helping her trust her body and the life she is bringing forth.

Sacred Advocacy: Standing as a guardian of her voice and choices, ensuring her journey unfolds in alignment with her highest good and deepest desires.
